Wow...Can it be 2005 already?
This is the year of "doing a great work!" (read the previous post)
And not coming down.
Not allowing distractions to get in the way of whatever your thing is.
In the marketplace it's the formula from Good to Great,
and that is "what you can do potentially better than anyone else."
That's your unique value proposition with your work or your contribution to the economy.
What kind of an impact are you making?

A new year is a great time to make a NEW LIST!
A list of a few things you'll do or see or become in the new year.
Not just resolutions...but projects or goals that you'll RESOLVE to see through to completion.

And from that list of 2 or 3 pick your "great work!" What BIG thing you'll do...and then don't come down (become distracted) for urgent things or unimportant things until you do it!
Find your Purpose.
Improve your Performance.
Get an updated Plan.
Do it all with PASSION!
