The Mastermind principle is a powerful one indeed and today begins a national coaching program and mastermind for auto dealers and industry leaders from the world of automobiles...engaged in the marketplace selling and servicing cars. The WINNERS CIRCLE coaching program for dealers came out of my opportunity to host as master of ceremonies the National Quality Dealer of the Year Awards over the past 6 years. Sitting down to interview each of these dealers and hearing how they've reached this level of recognition by their peers and customers has been nothing short of amazing.
