Dateline: Tampa
I fly from Las Vegas, after not watching TV for several days, into Tampa and touch down just ahead of Alberto's tropical trip inland. We almost called off the "Cool $chool" conference at the EpiCenter on the campus of St. Petersburg College. But the uncommon team there made the decision to forge ahead and the "24: Business Building Conference" went off as scheduled.
It was intense, fast-paced, unpredictable twists and turns, and a little weather thrown in for effect. But all the attendees were glad when the "episode" ended that the conference had carried on. Score another one for free enterprise and cool learning experiences. Big Thanks to all.

I commented to you on how wonderful it was to watch your son watching you! Well, I have begun your book and I rave about you and the inspiring message you bring, to everyone that will listen...their ears perk up when I tell them about the "NOW economy" and that you need to "be uncommon"! So you see, I did pay attention....and I am forever grateful. I give out your webaddress all the time..you have truly made a difference in my life...especially when I told you about possibly having to close up my retail biz and you told me about "the project"...it really helps my head! Thanks so much for all your kind words. There is much available if we'll commit to looking for it, and many of my mentors and teachers I have learned from without their knowledge, although like you I conveyed my messages to them of what their writing and thinking and encouragements had meant to me and what I'd done with them.
